Through this coaching process, you will experience a heightened sense of awareness, bringing you closer to understanding who you are and, more importantly, who you want to become. This includes clarifying your core values as an individual.
At the same time, you will have the opportunity to explore how to create positive change and meaning in your life and how to realize your full potential.
The program is tailored to your preferences and needs. You decide which themes we should work on, providing space to explore both existential questions and the more practical aspects of your life.

How
Personal Coaching Program
- The Practicalities
A Personal Coaching program typically consists of 8-10 intensive sessions, each lasting 2-3 hours, designed around your unique situation, needs, and pace. In addition to the scheduled sessions, you have ongoing access to quick ad-hoc support—either online or by phone—to address urgent situations or unforeseen needs for guidance.
As a client, you are given high priority throughout the program. You receive dedicated support and strategic coaching to ensure continuity and progress.
Sessions can be conducted in person or virtually via Teams or Google Meet, based on your preference.
