An employee coaching program
- The Practicalities
Leadership coaching is tailored to individual needs and consists of a series of sessions, typically lasting 2-3 hours each. The duration of the program naturally depends on your current situation, as well as your specific wishes and needs. However, a well-structured program typically spans 6-8 sessions.
Throughout the program, you will also have access to quick ad-hoc consultations online or by phone to address any immediate needs or questions.
The sessions can be conducted as in-person meetings and/or virtually via Teams or Google Meet. We will plan this together to ensure it fits your preferences.
